"The way of grace is a mysterious thing. It is different things at different times for different people.

But I have come to realize that the way of grace for me to enact in my OWN life with purpose and intention, is the way that honors all things, as and where they are in this moment.

That doesn’t mean that things don’t change or don’t need to change—everything is constantly changing at all times. We couldn’t stop that if we wanted to.

But grace comes most easily when we are present, accepting (whether we like what’s showing up or not), and OPEN in the here and now.

Here are some examples of how this has worked and

Here are some examples of how this has worked and how this looks for some of my course participants over the years:

• one completely accepted the fact that her current job was too stressful and making her deeply unhappy, in that full and complete acceptance, she left it, took some time off to travel around freely like she'd always wanted to, moved to her dream town, and got a new job that felt easy and within walking distance of everything she loves to do most in life. ❤️

• one completely accepted she felt difficulty and resentment about her work and business, and in that complete acceptance, she completely changed her business and offerings, got a slew of new clients at a higher price point that gave her more freedom, and took a whole month off this summer for the first time ever. ❤️

• one completely accepted she felt stuck and underappreciated where she was, and in that full and complete acceptance, she left that work and began to follow her dream career, and she is doing it successfully to this day. ❤️

• one completely accepted she felt burnt out and uninspired by a business that used to thrill her, and in the space of that full and complete acceptance, she decided to hire help for the business so it could run itself, while she took some time off to pursue her passions and deepen in the truth of what she wanted to do next. ❤️

• one completely accepted she didn't like where she was living and how that was going, and in the space of that complete acceptance, she was GIVEN a house with a garden and got a dog. ❤️

These things make me SO happy 🥹🥹❤️❤️❤️ because they are not about outer "success" but about the successful living-out of these beloved souls' authentic values, truths and desires.

It is not what they THINK they should do, or what others think they should do, but what they REALLY WANT TO DO, the TRUTH of what they want to do, and when they accept and completely honor that (and the difficulties that appear around that to let them know what is not working for them in regards to that), everything changes. ✨

"One of my energy healing mentors once said: “in the simplest terms, boundaries mean: you get to choose.” — Jeffrey Allan

When he said that, my brain flipped a switch and totally re-wired itself in that instant. That was totally different from any way I’d heard it put before that time. Before that time, boundaries seemed to be all about defense and protection at all costs. Boundaries came with a lot of FORCE implied within them, but when I heard it defined that way… everything rearranged.

One of my other energy healing mentors, Prune Harris, taught me about effortless boundaries by simply putting one hand over your heart and one hand towards the edge of your bio-field (energy field, aura, whatever you want to call it).

Some people may roll their eyes at such a thing, but what that is is an INTENTION being set and a FOCUS of your energy on realizing that you are a sovereign being and you can choose what is for you, and what is not. What you will take on, and what you will not.

All of my work is about one thing: helping people

All of my work is about one thing: helping people know, claim and live their most authentic life. What does that mean? It means the life that would make them the MOST genuinely happy.

It's not some platitude about how you SHOULD be, or how you COULD be, or how you can become *better* or *more*, it's about how you can let go of trying to be who you're NOT, and do what doesn't agree with your heart and soul.

I now have 2 books and 3 beautiful courses that are all in service to that one singular thing - helping you live your most authentic life and love your most authentic self, and let go of the extreme exhaustion of trying to be what you aren't.

Life WILL support you in that. But you have to choose it. You have to have the courage to experience that yourself before you can begin to trust it.

And I have EVERY faith and knowing that if you choose it, and stay with yourself, it will surprise and delight you in ways that will feel and look like magic to you, and it will reveal an intimacy with yourself and life that will outshine every treasure you thought you knew. 🥹😍🥰✨
