I made this visual anchor poster to put up in my work space and remind me continually of the direction I am aiming and inviting more of. Everytime the opposite of these happens, I will remind myself (as I’ve always done) that they are just opportunities for me to open and deepen into these qualities of being even more than before. 💗 If you want one too to use as a visual anchor message me and I’ll send you a copy. P.S. It only occurred to me AFTER I MADE IT how each of these qualties correlates to one of the 7 Chakras and that they are perfectly placed with the correct chakra for me, and perfectly colored as such 🤯 which was a total accident (well you know, not an accident but expanded self knew before my mind did, lol) 😂 I was not even thinking about that when I threw it together the other day.

Root: Red: Proud (ie: I belong)

Sacral: Orange: Satisfied (yuuuuuppp)

Solar Plexus: Yellow: Easy (let it be lighter! yesss)

Heart: Green: Alive (meaning: loving life and being fully in it)

Throat: Blue: Vibrant (think singing the song of your soul energy, vibrantly alive, sparkling clear)

Third Eye: Indigo: Happy (I use the word joy a lot but I am seriously aiming for more happiness this year, just a slightly more light hearted texture of joy that can often include more laughter - which I love. It’s in the 3rd eye for me, because happiness for me comes from openness and imagination and inspiration)

Crown: Violet: Relaxed (because you need to be relaxed to OPEN OPEN OPEN to receive what’s coming in and all around)

Holy smokes blew my own mind on this one. Mind just caught up to what spirit did. 😂

🤣 I was laughing at myself last night in the bath when I realized that my presence here and on social media has been a bit too much “business up front/party in the back” perhaps... like the career equivalent of a mullet. lol 😂😆

Basically I realized that the only places I really let my unedited true self speak is on my podcast and inside my courses. So the people who love and adore my artwork and my more sweet and love filled writings may not be prepared for the wizard behind the curtain that is my more wild and open mind. 😂😳😅

But the thing is, that sweet love filled part is still just as much me as this other part, it’s not like one of these is not the real deal, they are both equally big parts of who I am.

It’s just that I didn’t fully believe yet that there were people out there who loved BOTH of these aspects of me and my work, at the same time.

And the fact that I get to discover those people now, simply by my decision to BE more visibly BOTH at the same time, just makes me go: 😭 🥹 😍 🥰 ❤️💕

But I ALSO accept now, that there will be people who just prefer one side of me, one aspect of me and my work over another, and finally, that’s fine with me too!

There will be people who love The Az, who are like “what on earth?!” about my other stuff. 😂 And there will be people who love my other stuff who are like “what on earth?!” about The Az! And then there will be people who love all of it, and others who love none of it, and it’s fine, because the more ME I am willing to be, the more I GET to find those who love just that. And when I dare to go first, before I know if those people exist or not, they always find me, and it’s not about me really... it’s that they see and feel themselves in my work-- it’s a way they come closer to *themselves*. And I love that so much, that I can provide a portal for that, because it’s the thing I love the most! ❤️ 💞

Why am I so compelled to share my ideas? Why does a bird sing? Why does a fish swim? … Because it’s exercising its natural capacities. The things it was designed for. The only difference is you question yours, and they don’t. Just look what that level of TRUST in their being brings. Their lack of self objection = our world of wonder.

What wonders would yet be if *you* did not oppose yourself at every angle? Sure would be fun to find out.
